What is the Bounce Back Soon Pass?
The Bounce Back Soon Pass is a special assistance initiative available to eligible UBG Safegate members who have incurred qualifying medical or pharmacy expenses.
Members can submit their medical expense details for consideration under the programme. Eligible applications may receive a financial contribution from the UBG Safegate Community Support Fund to help ease the burden of recovery.
The programme is designed to complement—not replace—personal health insurance or other medical assistance schemes.
How It Works
Receive Medical Care
Visit your preferred healthcare provider, clinic, hospital, or pharmacy and obtain the necessary treatment or prescribed medication.
Submit Your Request
Upload your medical receipts and supporting information securely through the UBG Safegate portal.
Pass Generation
Once your submission is received, your personalised Bounce Back Soon Pass is automatically generated and assigned for review.
Assessment
Each application is reviewed confidentially in accordance with the programme guidelines, eligibility requirements, and available community support funds.
Assistance
Where approved, eligible members will receive a wellness assistance refund or contribution to help offset qualifying medical expenses.

Programme Terms
The Bounce Back Soon Pass is a community assistance initiative and does not constitute an insurance policy or a guaranteed reimbursement programme.
All requests are reviewed individually in accordance with the UBG Safegate Member Handbook and programme guidelines.
Wellness assistance refunds or financial contributions:
- Are subject to eligibility verification.
- Are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Are awarded only to selected eligible applicants following the review process.
- Depend on the availability of funds within the UBG Safegate Community Wellness Fund.
- May vary in amount based on programme criteria and available resources.
The decision of the UBG Safegate Review Committee regarding assistance awards shall be final.
