Travel with Confidence. Explore with Peace of Mind.
Every journey opens the door to new opportunities, experiences, and memories. At UBG Safegate, we believe that every traveller should enjoy their journey knowing that they are supported by a caring community.
As part of our Human Social Responsibility (HSR) Framework, the Bon Voyage Pass has been created to provide eligible members with access to community support during their travels, while also giving them the opportunity to receive travel appreciation rewards through the UBG Safegate Community Fund.
Whether you travel for business, education, family, or leisure, the Bon Voyage Pass ensures that you remain connected to the UBG community wherever your journey takes you.
What is the Bon Voyage Pass?
The Bon Voyage Pass is a digital travel credential generated when a UBG Safegate member registers their upcoming journey through the UBG Safegate portal.
Once activated, your journey becomes part of the UBG Safegate travel support programme, giving you access to community assistance initiatives and eligibility for travel appreciation rewards in accordance with programme guidelines.
Two Benefits, One Journey
Community Travel Support
Life is unpredictable, especially when travelling away from home.
If an unexpected situation arises during your registered journey, UBG Safegate will endeavour to provide appropriate support through its community assistance network.
Support may include:
- Guidance and emotional support
- Information and referral assistance
- Help coordinating with local contacts, authorities, or family members where possible
- Community-based financial assistance for eligible emergencies, subject to programme guidelines and available funds
Our goal is to ensure that members and their loved ones know they have a trusted community ready to help during difficult moments.
Travel Appreciation Rewards
We believe that every journey deserves to be celebrated.
Each week, eligible members who have completed registered travel may be considered for the UBG Safegate Travel Appreciation Programme.
Selected members may receive:
- Partial travel expense reimbursement
- Full travel reimbursement
- Travel vouchers
- Partner-sponsored holiday rewards
- Exclusive travel gifts
- Special appreciation awards
Every journey could become a celebration.
